i have had a sensor unplugged for god knows how long now, i just found it unplugged when i was checking my header bolts today...im assuming it has been unplugged since the H/C install (april)...i think its the knock sensor but i want to make sure...and if this has been unplugged since my previous dyno, could this make my car run alil better or not? assuming my car might have been knocking and i just never knew it?



this isnt my motor btw, its a motor off ls1howto's site...i was just tring to find a pic of the sensor i was talking about..

That is the harness for the two knock sensors going into the top of the valley cover.

Haha, nice. I bet you can get a few more ponies now without all that possible timing pulled at god knows where... not to mention it'll be easier to tune
