The shop already drilled my t.b. without even asking me if they could, that did not fix it. Somebody put me in touch with a tuner with a good reputation in southern Michigan area.

The guy I've had tune my car is from Kokomo, IN. I've been extremely happy with the help he's given me and the time he's been willing to spend, it just sucks that's he's that far away. (I'm living in Ann Arbor right now)
