Default ATI Damper - Belt Jumping

I was looking at the Xtreme web site and ran across this for a Katech tensioner:

When using the ATI Damper, resonance around 4,000 RPM may cause the belt to jump off the stock tensioner. The solution to this is a solid, adjustable tensioner that directly replaces the stock spring tensioner. This is a race only item.

Has anyone had a problem with the ATI damper and belts jumping off?

Just so I understand, his ATI was causing the belt to jump and he needed to add this tensioner to solve the problem.
