cam questions

can someone tell me what cam I could run with stock heads and springs that would provide a little more horsepower. Hell everything is stock on the car. Is there a cam I can use?

Nope, you change cam, you change springs.
I would do bolt ons first.
If A4 get headers then stall
If M6 Headers and clutch

Look into the cheater cams if you want to save some $. New springs are a MUST with any cam change.
