Default how can I tell if cam is too big?

what is formula for checking if cam is to big. I'm planning on a tsp 231/237- .595/.598 112 lsa on stock bottom ls1 w/ patriot heads (59cc 2.02/1.60) w/ stock rockers, m6. what do ya'll think? thanks for the assist.

what is the amount milled off the heads. If it is more than 10-15 you will be making custom releafes in your pistons.

This is true...that is a good insurance move on top of runinng a cam of that size.
