This is what I did and I'm cheap...
bought Thunder racing's cam kit,
sent heads to TEA along with the springs and retainers that came with the cam kit. TEA assembled the heads and sent them back. I had everything but head gaskets/bolts which I got from SDPC. When it was all said and done I spent around $2300. I also saved alot of money by doing the install myself. Of course you can pick any cam you want to with the cam kit. For that kind of money you'll have a hard time finding a quality set of S2 heads, unless you buy a used set. You might want to consider a set of Absolute Speed Stage 1x heads. They have relatively small 208 cc ports & stock-sized valves, but will still flow 293 CFM intake, 225 or so exhaust. They are a board sponsor, and give excellent service.
