Default Engine Temp?

probably so i'm still getting used to this site... camaroz28 doesnt seem to be so ls1 knowledgeable...

but

What temperature does ls1 work best at? previous lt1 was better at lower temps... is this true for ls1's? i mean, the ls1 seems to peg that 210* number... where as the lt1 tried hard to stay at that 185 marker...

what is optimal temperature for ls1?
