Whats better a tr 224 or the comp 224 on a 112?

the short: nothing you'd really be able to measure that couldnt be accounted for by another variable

when you do a cam install is it good to change the valve stems and locks?
or can i just swap springs and reuse all the locks?
also how do you get a air compresser hose to fit all teh spark plug holes lol its a tight sqeeze
