Duration and LSA of stock 2000 SS cam?

I beleive the LSA is 119.5... and the duration is in the 202/205 area... but dont quote me <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Well, I finally found something on this.
202/210 Dur @.050, .496/.496 lift, 116.
Is this correct or is RTCamaroSS right.
Anyone?
