What is the right clearance for cam bearings? I bought a new LS6 block, de-burred it and removed all of the casting flash, then had new cam bearings installed. I have been fighting oil pressure problems all year. Had the motor out two times to tighten up the main and rod bearings, tried several oil pumps and shims, springs, senders. Nothing seems to work. The last time I had the motor apart I did check the front cam bearing and it was .003 That sounds like a lot, but I cannot find any real specs on cam bearings.
Any help out there.
