Im still not sure if its a lifter tick..or a leak from the headers. But there is a contact "tick tick tick" sound coming from the passenger side of the car. Its about 40 degrees here..so i pulled the car out and started it so i could see the exhaust gas's leaving the tail pipes. I did not see any leakes from the ORY. When i put my head to about where the front wheel is..is where it seems to be the most noticable. I pop the hood and can faintly hear it when i pretty much lay my head on the Head. If you stand on the passenger side you can hear it. Would it be a lifter tick? Or is it just maybe a leak in the header? If its a lifter tick..does any of that oil they provide for that actually work? Ive ran full synthetic on this car only. Its a 99 with 70K.

 

Its more likely to be an exhaust leak than a lifter.
