How much are you guys paying for block work?

Bore 3.898 to 3.905
Line Hone
Line Bore + Hone

i payed 675 the included vating the block line boring torque plating and boring/honing installing new cam bearings and balancing my rotating assembly

$675 for all of the above and balancing of rotating assembly. So, maybe 350-400ish?

paid $200 for the bore and hone for my diamond 3.905 pistons and 650 for a complete longblock buildup and primed oil system, which was 450 plus 200 for the block work

Phil, I looked online and there was a shop in the Atlanta aread doing a cylinder hone w/torque plates for $150 and line-honing the mains for $15o!

Question is how much does it cost to line bore with the Katech caps.

LME charges 450 to line bore and hone the Katech caps. This also includes installing the dowels in the block.
