How do these sound:
Mains: .0017-.0019
Rods: .0022-.0024

From my experiences with oil pressure problems, I would go a few tenths tighter.

I run .002 to .0025 on the mains with no oil problems what so ever. Seen too many motors go from hard use with tight tolerances. But this also depends on what type of motor you are building this for. Every motor will be different. Keep in mind, if you shoot for something on the mains, it will grow some because its aluminum.
