Going by the theory of intake air velocity and that the average flow of air is increased by how far back the runners are from the TB.
The drivers side should be the leanest as they start on the passenger side (set back) and go from there.
I think I will put it on the drivers side Bleh...sounds good at least.

Rear--->
1 3 5 7 Driver Side
Cylinder #1 is at the front of the engine on the driver side, all odd numbers
Cylinder #2 is at the front of the engine on the passanger side, all even
Its been this way since the first small block Chevy way back in the 50's.
