hey is the 99-00 6.0 engine the same pretty much as the 03 6.0 engine? I know this 99-00 I am looking at has iron heads but is designed like the ls1. Another ? is will all my 01 ls1 stuff go onto this engine other than drilling a new hole for the alternator. How much boost will it handle stock? Thanks guys for any info

 

The crankshaft is longer in those 6.0L engines... It won't mate to a 4L60e or T-56 with out changing the crank.

Other than that, the short block is fine.

Will it work with a 350 turbo? This is what i have in the truck now. Will the longer crank hurt anything? Can I change that crank out when i go to my stroker kit one day and not have any problems? thanks
