You have HPTuner and there are several write-ups here and on the HPTuner forum for SD tuning to get your VE table accurate. After that (if you want) you can go back to the MAF and calibrate it, this is what I did...

I see that you are just using the write on here word for word. It will get the job done, but I feel on the most part it is unnecessary. You need to set the ifr table to get fuel trims close to zero or slightly negative in cruise and part throttle. You need to do this to start whether you use my metheod or the one posted. Once there you can play with wot tuning. After that you can log rpm vs map vs ltrims and dial the car in more on the ve table. SD tuning is not necessarily better than closed loop tuning. You won't get the same drivability that you get with a well dialed closed loop system. SD tuning is just an easy way to simplify the tuning process to stick to more specific tables such as the ve table. I have tuned on many cars that are heavily modded and got better et's than the shops they had tunes from before. I don't believe in touching the maf calibration at all unless you changed to a different maf. In those cases the maf table should be replaced by the tables given for that unit before any tuning starts. You can mess up the auto shifting pressures by changing up the maf table too much.
