best stoker short block

best stoker short block what builder would you guys recommend for a stroker shortblock for a turbo application? I'm hoping to copy the results that "popular hot rodding" had a couple of issues back when they built a 1100 horse turbo stroker.
We're putting together a 40x cid stroker setup for those kind of power levels to run in my C6
