Installed Camshaft Wrong
I just went to have the camaro dyno tuned and I found out that It was peaking at 5600 RPMs and it only made 313HP and the air/fuel wasn't that much off. So we are thinking that my uncle didn't get the camshaft lined up dot to dot. It runs okay just a little doggy. So I need opinions of this, and what is it going to take to get the dots to line up. Am I going to have to just take the front stuff off and reallign the timing chain (bc if thats all it'll take to get it to line up then I can probably do it) or will I have to pull the camshaft and everything up top as well. Kinda new to this so any help is appreciated. Also one other thing what will happen if I keep driving it.
I think if you were just a tooth off , you would have piston valve interference with that mich lift and duration.
Are you positive it is hitting all eight cylinders. Sounds to me it is missing on a cylinder.

When I had it dyno tuned everything was running fine it just didn't put down anything on the dyno and it peaked at 5600 with all my mods in the sig. So they said that if it was them that the timing would be the first place they would check. But I will go out tonight and check the plugs and wires.
that cam should rev to 6600-6800. you could prolly get away from running diagnostic utilities on it but i personally would rather have the piece of mind to pull the whole cam and lifters not only double check the install but also look for any defects in the cam. if it is not aligned properly you will end up blemishing the surface of the cam, hurting performance more. best of luck.
