Default Head Gasket ? A.S.A.P!!

allright here's my question. i just put new heads on but pinched one of the new graphite gaskets in the process. nobody around here has a replacement graphite gasket. would it be allright to replace just the one gasket with another type. like maybe a multilayer stell gasket of the same thickness.

car needs to be done this weekend so i don't have to time to order.

I honestly can't see what it would hurt.

this is what i thought too. as long as it seals and is the same thickness it should be fine. but i thought i'd get a few opinions before i bolted it back for the SECOND time

Just make sure it's the same compressed thickness, not the uncompressed thickness.
