What is the difference in Cartek stage 2 heads?

What is the difference in Cartek stage 2 heads?

I see that they offer Stage II and Stage II-X. What are the differences?
Any advantages or disadvantages between the two?

The Stage II-X do make more power but maybe give them a call ( www.cartek.net ) for a better explaination. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

What I've always heard the Stage 2x heads refer to is more compression over the regular Stage 2. As far as I know, that is the only difference.

Cartek Stage 2X heads are LS6 heads, these are the heads they use in theor X package. The regular Stage 2 heads are LS1 heads.

Look at the site, they have 2X for both LS6 and LS1 castings. It's something else.
