Would 0.018" more lift really affect power?

Would 0.018" more lift really affect power?
I just placed an order with on of our sponsors for a camshaft for my new 402, and the one I got is slightly different than what was advertised on their website. Seems a lot like the last order I placed with them (ordered a Delphi 85mm MAF, got a SLP MAF)...
Anyway, should I keep this cam?
This is what it's supposed to be:
242/250 .611"/.619" 114 LSA
Here's what I got:
242/250 .593"/.609" 114+2 LSA
So here's my question. Would I see significantly less (more than 5hp) power with 0.018" less intake lift and 0.010" less exhaust lift.
Anyway, should I keep this cam?

probably not. the only thing that may be different is ramp rates, if the higher lift cam has a slower ramp rate you'd lose power. in this scenario ramp rates are more important then a negligible amount of lift.
