Is the stock flywheel neutral ballanced?

Default Is the stock flywheel neutral ballanced?
Installing my 402 which is internally ballanced. Is the stock LS1 flywheel neutral ballanced or do I need to get it ballanced? What about the clutch?

when i talked to will at centerforce about a new clutch he said the stock flywheel has a zero balance....so i'm guessing that is the same thing as a "neutral balance." Hope this helps!
