1.8rr on a stock ls1 good idea? and gains? well i see a popular performance is doin some 1.8rr arms would this mod do much for a stock 01 ss m6? if so what kind of gains would i see? whats the best brand for the buck/performance rr to run? thanks

my gains using the vinci/crane 1.8 accelerated lift rocker kit on stock 99 ls1 cam. stock tune as well.

I went to the Yella Terra 1.8 shaft mounted roller rockers $500. at TR. No mods needed to the rocker covers needed. With Comp. 918 springs & Chromoly push rods. Picked up about 20 hp & a lot of TQ.

All you are doing is changing your valve lift and a small amount of duration. You may as well change your cam instead.
