3600 enough stall for MS3?
well im ready to buy a cam, will be ordering everthing later this week. would a 3600 stall be enough for the MS3? or should i look at maybe the 233/239 r2?
im not too concerned with drivability its basically a weekend/track car.
i'd rather not put in a bigger stall, this one seems to flash higher than 3600 anyway.
TIA

yea, thats the impression that i'm getting as well.
But is the 4000 a serious need? or would it just be optimal? would it stall and buck or something with a too small of a converter?

You already have the stall. So it is just a matter to fid a cam that works good with it.
My advice is, find out what are the shift extentions of your actual stall and get a cam that falls in that range. (A cam that will make maximum power in that range)

These guys are right. A 3500 or 3600 stall range is good if you are spraying, but a few have tried the cam with that range of stall and have been dissapointed because of how it lagged in the lower range. The MS3 works great with a 4000 stall and up.
Like PREDATOR-Z said, you already have the stall, so save yourself some trouble and pick the cam to match it. Otherwise, you may be disapointed and want to upgrade the stall later, costing you more $$.
