Default timing chain ...
i have 38,XXX on my timing chain ... im going with a bigger cam in the near future... should i change or will i be ok.

If you already have the cover off, replace it. It's cheap. Might as well spend another 120 and put a new oil pump on too. Worth doing while you're right there.
