Ok, I have a 2001 SS Camaro (m6) w/slp mods. I'm wanting to break 400hp without having a turbo, sc, or nO2 on the car. Could someone give me a list of what I would need, what kind of cam, headers etc. And where I could get them at?

 

I'm assuming you mean 400 rwhp.
A larger cam, long tube headers and exhaust, and a good tune would get you that. Or you could go with a smaller cam and ported heads. Depends on how you want your car to behave.
