Default CAM for a 2005 Sierra 5.3

What is the best CAM for a 2005 5.3 Sierra? What else should I change if i decide to change the CAM? Looking for more horse & horse, keep in mind this is a daily driver. I will appreciate any suggestions!

Are you planning to still tow things with your truck? Either way, something in the 220's intake and exaust duration would be great for your truck. Maybe even a little smaller. You really want to keep the torque that you have down low.
