why not go with AFR or TEA,something with lots of people running them, you can get more feedback. if you buy a head because it's cheap, then you get a cheap head. i bought a cheap head a few years ago, then went to AFR's and gained 47 hp over the cheap head.on paper the cheap head seemed to flow just as good as my new AFR's. with a 47 hp gain,i don't think they did flow as good, you get what you pay for.

he was part of the CNC program design. I highly doubt they would sell
a head that doesn't perform. They are dedicated to performance. They
don't just sell parts mike. Besides, they've been on the flow bench and
the flow pretty damned well IMO.
I say give them a call and ask them about their heads...or swing by
the shop and ask them.

243 "casting" was develloped for the LS6 motor which was in the 01>04 ZO6 Vette.
LS6 carrying 243s 02>04 had lightweight sodium filled valves.
LS2 carrying 243s have standard solid stainless valves (these are the ones being used).

I run their Stage I LS1 (stock casting) heads and couldn't be happier with the results. My car picked up 100 RWHP with the addition of those heads, a 224/228 114 cam, headers, and LS6 manifold. I will soon be swapping these for the LS6 heads so it'll be interesting to see the results.
