No, unless you already have the springs to go with your cam, you will the heads equipped with the Patriot Gold springs which would be $1,125.00 with new GM MLS head gaskets, new OEM head bolts, and shipping anywhere in the US.

Our 243 castings and our LS6 style heads will have comparable flow. These heads are an excellent value. All of our head are built using the highest quailty parts available: Ferrera valves, the Orginal Patriot Gold spring, Ti tanium retainers, Bronze guides, Machined Super 7 locks, Viton seals, ans Machined Spring Bases.
