Isky offers it. Just pull them up on the web and shoot them a call. Be sure to ask which size to order for your valves, as w/o a bare/stripped head, you can't cut @ TDC. I believe they recommend two sizes larger than your valve size, but be sure to ask.

What size would I need to get to notch out for the 2.02 / 1.57 valves? To clear a MS3 with a set of Patriot LS6 59cc heads.

You'll have to clay a piston to find your PTV clearance to know how deep to cut. As for which size cutters, see post #2.

I bought the one from Thunder. I cut the accepted max of .080 because I knew I was going to trying some big cams... 2.125 ( 2 1/8 ) OR 2.250 ( 2 1/4 ) should do you just fine, use the 8mm (5/16) pilot valve guide (shaft)...

I have done three LS1s now, takes about an hour after you get a good system down... DON'T get in a hurry no matter what...

The guide has a locking collar. You can move it up or down to the measurement you want. The collar acts as a "stop" when you are drilling and pushing down. When the collar comes into contact with the top of the valve stem seal you done. GO SLOW on the first 2 or 3 until you get a feel for it.

It took me 3 times on my first piston because I was afraid of cutting too much. Each time I pulled the head and used a pair of dial calipers to measure how deep the "eye-lash" was. I would recommend the same.

Cool .Do you need to do intake and exhaust or just the intake relief.I know it probably depends on the cam size but just asking.

I just did the intake side. "Do you need to", well I am going to leave that question to the vendor you purchase your heads/cam from... too many variables to guess at.
