Default how to choose the right piston?

Because of some internal issues the motor is coming apart and getting forged internals. So my problem is this, I have a high compression motor now ~11.7:1 and want to know how to choose the right piston to replace what is in the stock bottom end. I want a flat top design but I do not know if the standard valve releif cut will be enough. I am also going to change over to a Trex cam. So any suggestions?

How much are the heads that are going on this motor milled? Most forged flat top pistons have -2cc reliefs. These measure out at roughly .150" deep. If you don't think that is enough, I've seen some -4cc's that were roughly double the above depth. What compression are oyu wanting to achieve?

The heads are the one that is on the motor now. As the motor sits is a stock bottom end with a 236/230 cam with about .600 lift and 11.7:1 comp.. Just want to make sure that with the bigger cam and lift I choose the right pistons. The clearance as I am told is close now with the current setup in respect to p/v. I would like to stay close to 11.5:1 comp ratio.
