and you need billet somewhere you cant see it for.....??

why does it have to be billet? why cant you make 1 out of an oem cover for people who dont want to spend $425.

Because the oem cover is make out lesser quailty than our product. It does the job to cover the timing chain. But not reliable if you modify it. It will leak. I cant see how a cut oem cover will last very long with cam swaps in the future. It will flex and never seal right. Our is precison CNC cut our of 6061 aircraft aluminum. Stronger than the factory piece. If you have any questions please call us. That is what we are hear for.

weld a 1/4" flange on both sides, leaking problem solved.
