Default Milling a head .0xx" = a CC change of xx?

This used to be in the sticky that is no longer in the section, but I can't remember how much milling is required to get a certain CC chamber. For example, an LS6 head w/ a 64cc chamber will have to be milled .0xx" to get to 61cc? Just an example, I'm looking for a forumla or rule here.
