I got all the parts in and started with the headers. I took all the plug wires out for clearance and made sure I could reach each bolt on the manifolds. The first bolt I tried to loosen barely even put up a fight. I saw it drop to the ground and went to get it. The bolt was broken in half. The rest of the bolt is still in the head.

I was pretty pissed. So I guess I have to take the head off, drill it, and re-tap it. That should be fun. So no headers this weekend.
