lol. I don't think anyone that knows how to install one or has ever tried too was like "Damn that was easy!" even if it was supposed to fit! But yours sounds like you did get a small fudging there.

i just got a FFHP 347 delivered, looks very shiny and pimpy we're putting it together, i'll keep you posted on how well it works. i did however wait over 2 months for it. another guy got his motor from them in 8 days. go figure.

what is the going rate of an ls1 with about 55k miles on it? some guys around here want them for their s10's and i have all my old parts like heads, cam, oil pump and all that stuff. plug when i go with a forged bottom end ill be getting bigger headers and intake so i can sell that stuff.

yeah when i mean didnt fit i meant it didnt clear the torque arm by about 1.5 inches. i had to beat the **** out of the pipe until i can get someone around here to work on an off road exhaust

looking at some of these site, id kinda like to go wtih a 408 lol but then i gotta get the heads and cam to go along with it

Only thing missing is the rods. You can upgrade. No need for the crank unless you're going to be pushing SERIOUS horsepower IMHO.
