You are probably gonna find that most people run on either side of this cam.
the FMS-11 and the 13 and 14. Not sure if there is a major difference. Have you already purchased the cam?

no i dont have a cam yet, im trying to find out what one to get , the reason i was looking at the f12 was its kind of in the middle not to big or small, i just dont want to have to be shifting at 7000 rpms, to make the power but i dont want a 224 cam either, i see alot about the f-13 and heard some clips of it i like it alot but im confused the duration is 230-232 595-585 why is the lift different in reverse? what is the advantage of it being that way? and where dose that cam stop making power. thanks alot.

I would say that 7000 is way over shot. My falls off at 6900 and it is 244/248 duration. the F-13 is not too big IMO. I think that you would be more pleased with it honestly. It does however prove to be a performer. The split is like a combo of a traditional duration and reverse lift. It might be good for like Nitrous or NA.
