Low 10 1/4 with MS3 and bigger stall?
Just wanted you guys opinion. Took my car to the local 1/8 track last weekend and went 6.63 @ 104.40 mph with a 1.47 "60". However, I talked to the guys at TSP and they sugested I increase my stall. So I just installed a 4400 PTC and it feels alot stronger out of the hole. With the other convverter it would only flash 4000, and now it flashes 5000. Do you guys think I can hit a low 10.
I think they made a bad suggestion myself.
4400 in my oponion is way to much stall for a nitrous car.
Good luck, but dont be mad if your ets aren't better.
Unless PTC's converters act a lot different then Yank's and Vigs the 2 I have used????????

I'm in the same boat, I went up to a Yank SS 4000 from my TCI SSF 3500, I gained alittle n/a, but my 100-150 shot runs are no better.
I'm going to make some final runs with thr SS4000 this Sat., then I'm going to put in a Fuddle 3200-3400 stall, 2.1 STR, and approx shift extention of 4200-4500
Also, my current shift points are at 6800, but I was told to drop it down for nitrous runs, so I lowered it to 6200?

the car just felt like it was boging last weekend when i ran a motor pass. The best 60 on motor was 1.68 and before cam install i had 1.60 to 1.62 on motor. So I hope now that it can flash a little higher that i will get the 60 back.
