black fast intake?

I was flipping thru some of my brother's magizines yesterday and saw a write-up about the ls2 and they had a black fast intake. Was it painted or are they going to make it in black? It sure would look nicer in black.I think the article was in car craft...

The original fast intakes were black.

I painted mine VHT Satin Black. It looks like the stock manifold. Stealthy.

Yup, I've been thinking of sanding down the "Wilson" and "Fast" text and painting mine black as well.
