the Yellow/Black one. Where does this go from the fuse box?

(the yellow one you see) From the schematic, it looks like the yellow/black is connected to the purple/white, which in turn goes to the clutch switch.
Is there any chance you can hook the clutch switch back up the way it was? I mean, what's the advantage of not having it? Surely the car is much safer with it funcional.
Like the others have mentioned, I think your problems began with the attempted bypass of that switch.

You have to know how the wiring in these cars works before you just start bypassing stuff. the yellow/black wire is the signal wire to kick on the starter. it probably comes from the body control module.
You do know that the clutch pedal has two switches on it. one that is triggered when its to the floor and one that is triggered when its at the top. i bet the body control module sees that they are both triggered at the same time (due to your "bypass") and thats why its not starting. there are quite a few things involved to actually get the starter working . security system, body control module and stuff like that.

Which sensor is the BCM?

Is it this one?
Or is it the one connected to the Doors and locks?
Like i stated if the fuse box @ the Yellow/Black wires connection to the relay is made into a GROUND the car will start-

Thats not the BCM. the BCM is a bigger box all the way on the passenger side by the glove box.
Yeah thats how the comuter works. it grounds out the signal wire to make the relay work.
