Cost to have new heads installed?

Cost to have new heads installed? Hey guys, for those of us that do not have the option of doing a head install our selfs. What should one expect to pay to have a set of heads installed? I had a garage look up in the standard "labor book" and it was right around $1000 but was offered a cash deal of $700. I'm just trying to plan ahead in case i buy a set of those PRC's.

this should give you a good idea. I think 1000 is way too much and you should keep looking. Are there any sponsors near your area?

That is a lot for just heads. I would keep looking. I think someone who has done a lot of ls1's should be able to do it for $500 or less. It is not that tough.
