MTI X1 Cam idle?

Hmmm, mine's closer to 1100...that's what it was set at during the tune at MTI. I've been thinking about lowering it to 800 or so. Can that be done via a Diablo, HPP3, or one of the other programmers without screwing up the tune too much? Will it bring out more lope in the idle?

Any additional input on this? I see a lot of A4 cam cars idling in the 750-900 range. For those of us miles and miles from any LS1-competent shop, is there any way to drop it from 1100 down to 800-850 or so without significantly affecting the tune?
