Default quick question about heads

want to have my heads done and wondering if 900 is a good price to install my new 918,s and titanium retainers mill and 5 angle with pro hand porting and flow benching

also these are stock 99 heads that are on my 99 ss im instaling a 224-581 tsp cam crane rollers ls6 intake bo white tb ls6 ported oil pump from tsp and rollmaster chain

Its hard to beat the 243 castings that are CNCed and super low priced now from places like Patriot to name just one . $900 isnt bad if ya wanted to still go that route but for just a little more you could get alot more.

I would say $1200 and you could have a great budget set of heads fully assembled and ready to bolt on. Patriot, like Bo said, would be a great place to start. you definitely cannot go wrong with that price.

I believe that you could get rid of your 853 castings and put that little extra money towards that new set of heads.

We can do you a set of 243 castings CNC ported with OEM (non-sodium) valves, our Patriot Gold dual spring kit, new MLS GM head gaskets, OEM head bolts, and shipping anywhere in the US for $1125.00. This is an excellent value on a set of 243 ported heads.

depending on what your gaskets are and if they are milled heads and or how much they are milled.

These will just have a light cleaning mill unless you specify otherwise.
