But now on my 422 iron block , beacause
of the high lift of the cam (236/240 601/609lift)
I´ll install the REV 1116.
The REV´s are for up to 625 lift.

I prefer 26918s. A know a local machine shop around here recommends the REVs over 918s, but he also has a speical interest in REV and therefore pushes REV products. I find 918s to be queiter. If I was going to go to a double, I'd probably do Comp doubles.

Just curious which shop youre referring to? Email me if you dont feel comfortable saying it here.
