Rev Kit...
Rev Kit... Anyone use a rev kit in here. I've used them on all my previous motors( reg small blocks). I may use one on my ls1. Due to my previous success and good luck with them.
The only rev kit for LS1's I know of is the old ARE kit and they are no longer made. Most every LS1 with high lift cams with +.600 lift switch to a double spring to handle the lift.

rev kits are for revving not for handling lift. hydraulic lifters can only take so much, the rev kits act as a damper to let em rev higher and in some cases, make more power.
