Stealth II is a great cam for someone with headers and a free flowing exhaust. If you have stock manifolds and cats, that is not the ideal cam for you nor is the TR 224 cam.
I'm not a fan of the LPE cam, but it may be a better choice for you. The TR Cheater would be even better.

both the TR224-114 and Stealth II are good cams, can't go wrong with either.
