Default Cam question...

Car approaching 100k, runs fine. Any suggestions on what other components on the valvetrain MAY need to be replaced if I do a Lunati VooDoo cam swap? I plan on getting LS1edit or similiar software and peripherals to tune it.

valve springs at minimum, but also suggest pushrods, timing chain, oil pump

Rockers are normally ok, but you could get a fresh rebuild on them from Nasty Performance for around $250 I think. Swell deal!

Not that swell of a deal..if you are going to spend $250 on a rebuild just spend a little more and get after market ones...the stock ones work very well...I bought a complete set from someone who replaced their stock ones with aftermarket for $50..they had 2000 miles on them..the ones they replaced had 87000 on them..
