Head Flow and Bore Size

Head Flow and Bore Size How does bore size effect head flow? Being the eternal optimist, I am always looking at different cylinder heads. I notice that most flow numbers are through 3.90 or 4.0+ bores. Being that I have a bore size of 3.78 (5.3l), how much can I expect the flow numbers to drop?
Would a good guess be about 3%? 3.78/3.90 or 378/390
