Default having problem harland sharp rockers

I bought a set of harland sharp rockers. I tried to put them on my afr 225's. They need to be shimmed and they are to close to the valve cover rail. Has anyone experienced any problem with these?

Default

Same problems. Had to shim as well. Running spacers because driver side is hitting baffle. Put 1/2 spacer and still hitting. Found that the rockers were hitting on the edges around the spacer and valve cover on the intake manifold side cylinders 1 and 7. The heads start to turn in on the valve cover rail right there. Belt sander back in buisness what a bunch of crap.
