Sorry for correcting but you do not mill a head to a CR. You mill an amount (.xxx) wich results in so many CC chambers.
SCR is relative to bore, stroke, gasket thickness, piston to deck position, piston dome size and chamber CC.
Meaning I could make your head fit a wide range of SCR depending on other components used. (a head by itself doesn't make 11.0:1 SCR)

No no more mill needed.

You mentionned stock gaskets so i would say your heads should be ~62 CC

I understand about the milling measurement/cc chambers....When I ordered the heads, I told them I wanted my compression to be at 11:1, completely stock block and new GM gaskets. Jon@TSP said they're a 59-60cc chamber when I spoke with him just earlier today.

What can you recommend, if anything, to make my setup take more advantage of the combo as a whole (using the SII here, I'm thinking that my idle will be "stock" enough and I'll make a decent amount more power over the GT2-3)?

With 59 cc you'll have ~ 11.32:1 SCR
and with a 60 cc = ~ 11.17 SCR
So if this is your chamber size, you're allready above 11.0

As a whole, a true dual X exhaust system, 90/90 or TPIS intake system, 7.425 p-rods, 25% UD pulley and most critical a good dyno tune. That should get you in the 420+rwhp territory.

Again, those SCR points are with stock GM gaskets, right?

Correct,
I put (-.005) for piston position which is an average, yours may vary (need measure).

I just got off the phone w/ TSP, they said the milling took off about .015, .020 at max. Is everything still working out here?
