Blowing dipstick

Blowing dipstick I noticed that after ran @ the track the other night that my dipstick had been pushed out of the tube. Anyone had this happen before w/ out a ring being bad or should I expect the worst. Also does removing the PCV system and going to breathers/catchcans help this issue?
....his motor is now getting rebuilt

The blowby is pressurising the sump, try a leak down test to see where the damage is at (i.e. which cylinder is bad). I have seen a blown LS1 shoot the dip stick out like an arrow on the dyno not a nice sight....
